CommunityLIVE began with a keynote from Jitesh S. Ghai, CEO of Hyland, that set the tone for a bold new chapter in enterprise AI. I have shared below all announcements and my take on it!
The two major announcements:
1. Enterprise Context Engine
A “living record” of the enterprise that unifies people, processes, content, and applications across ERP, CRM, EHR, and more. It gives organizations real-time contextual understanding of how their business operates.
Jitesh explained it as:
“It’s a connected and contextual understanding of your organization. The people responsible for decisions, the business processes, the content, the data, all connected together to give you a living record of your organization in real time.”
2. Enterprise Agent Mesh
A multi-agent system tailored to industries like healthcare, banking, insurance, government, and higher education. It builds on the Context Engine to drive automation in complex workflows.
As Jitesh put it:
“It’s not about replacing people. It’s about delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence and automation, helping organizations fully automate routine tasks and enabling people to focus on the highest-value work.”
For me, what stood out is Hyland’s emphasis on trust and continuity. They recognize that 95% of GenAI projects in enterprises fail, not because of poor models, but due to fragmented data, workflows, and processes. Hyland is embedding AI into existing systems to overcome that fragmentation, rather than asking organizations to start over.
The demos made this real. From healthcare claims to unemployment benefits, Hyland showed how the Context Engine and Agent Mesh can automate processes at scale while staying explainable and governed.
My view: This feels like the “alternating current” moment for enterprise AI. Just as electricity only transformed the world once it became ubiquitous and trusted, Hyland is building the infrastructure for AI to finally deliver on its enterprise promise.
Ultimately, Hyland is positioning itself not only as a vendor of enterprise software, but as the architect of the infrastructure layer for enterprise AI.
If successful, the Context Engine and Agent Mesh could become the foundation on which organizations build the next decade of automation, intelligence, and human-AI collaboration.
I keep a simple rule for tools. Match the job, not the hype. Over the past months I tested dozens of AI products across my daily workflow on The Ravit Show. Research. Writing. Slides. Data analysis. Coding. Voice. Design. Video. Hiring. Dev tooling. I pulled the keepers into a one-page guide so my team can grab the right tool fast and move on with the work.
How to use this carousel
1. Start from the job you need this week.
2. Pick one tool. Give it a 30 minute test with your real task.
3. Write down what worked and what did not.
4. If it saves time, keep it. If it adds friction, drop it.

They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
