Snowflake Summit is back in San Francisco, and I'll be on the ground June 2nd.

If you're attending, I want to meet you in person. Not in a hallway between sessions, not over a quick handshake at a booth, but somewhere we can actually talk about what's working in data and AI right now.

That's why I'm pointing you to one of the better spots to find me.

Here's the simple version. The conference day ends. The slides stop. The real conversations start. Monte Carlo is setting up cocktails, small plates, and a relaxed space adjacent to the convention center, and they have lined up good company including Dagster, AWS, Hex, Domo, and a few others.

No keynotes. No pitch. Just data and AI leaders unwinding and comparing notes on what they are actually building.

The details

Tuesday, June 2nd 5:00 PM onward Adjacent to the Snowflake Summit convention center, 4th and Howard St, San Francisco

This one is invite-only and space is limited, so if you want in, register early before it fills.

Who you'll meet

The room is built for the people doing the work. CDAOs setting strategy. Data engineers shipping the pipelines. AI practitioners figuring out what actually holds up in production. If you sit anywhere in that world, this is your crowd for the evening.

I'll be there talking to as many of you as I can, so come find me.

A quick word on what Monte Carlo is building

It also makes sense to mention why this crowd matters. Monte Carlo has moved its whole story toward agents. The pitch now is agent trust. They have built an observability platform that watches both your data and your AI agents in production, then helps you monitor, troubleshoot, and fix what breaks before it reaches the business. The interesting part is the platform runs its own monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations agents, so the system is doing a lot of the watching for you. If your team is pushing agents into production and trying to figure out how to actually trust them, these are good people to grab a drink with.

One ask before you go

If you are heading to Snowflake Summit, reply and let me know. I want to know who is in town so we can line up a conversation, whether it is at the happy hour or somewhere else during the week.

And if Après Caf(AI) sounds like your kind of evening, lock it in now.

See you in San Francisco.
